Letters are read by Lachlan Smith, usually answered within a couple of working days. Weekends are slower, and a long question sometimes waits for a proper answer rather than a quick one.
Worth writing about
- A game that survived your own first week, with one line on why.
- A factual mistake on any page — say which sentence, and it gets fixed.
- Rights and permissions, including takedown requests: see the Legal Notice.
- Privacy questions, including a request to delete our correspondence with you.
Not worth writing about
Paid placement, link exchanges and “sponsored review” offers are declined without exception, and they are the only emails that do not get a reply. Nothing on this site is for sale, including the opinions.
